Licensed since 1987, Susan works in both New Hampshire and Maine with both sellers and buyers. Ensuring that the home sale process is as smooth as possible is paramount to Susan. Answering questions, giving information and providing education are vital in each transaction. This enables each client to make the most well informed decisions possible.

A member of the Graduate Realtors Institute, Susan also holds the Certified Residential Specialist, ePRO and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations. She has also served on the Seacoast Board of Realtors Board of Directors.

Susan has lived on the Seacoast since 1969 and has enjoyed every minute. She especially enjoys visits from family and friends, which allow her to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer, over and over again.
